Unfiltered. Had this yesterday as pre-christmas port: Dark violett, good structure. Sweet spicy Fruit (blackberry-jam). On the palate very sweet, slightly alcoholic, few tannins noticeable. Aftertaste with medium length. Well made and for 5+ GBP for the half bottle a good deal.

I bought another 12 from Tesco today - now £3.32 each when you buy 6 or more

I was thinking that the £5-a-bottle that Axel was quoting was a bit on the steep sideDRT wrote:I bought another 12 from Tesco today - now £3.32 each when you buy 6 or more

Worth pointing out that these are half bottles so not as staggeringly cheap as you might think, but still cheap for a good quality unfiltered LBV.

Hmmm Tesco seems to continue to sell the halves for 3.99£ for which they are still a very good deal. 3.32£ is of course better, but eh what can you do. I start to wonder if the Brandy in the Port is already worth more than the halve of Croft LBV 2004 unfiltered.
