1970 Quinta do Noval

Four bottles donated to the 55th Annual Dinner of the Cambridge University Tiddlywinks Club. Due to slow movement of decanters around the long table, only three reached me. No placemats, only decanter labels.
N70#1: tart cherry. Quite dry. Good length.
N70#2: sweeter than #1 and #3. Actually much the best.
N70#3: Very tart more so than the others. Heat. Dry. Actually bigger than the other two.
All too dry to be good port, and lacking complexity.
Served at the same do dinner were Noval 1975 and the Taylor 1935.
