Alas I was unable to take a tasting note of this port.

Quite dark in colour but disappointingly mute on the nose and in the mouth. Axel suggested it might have been a bad bottle. I was more inclined to think it was closed up. Give it time and it might mature into something more interesting.

the port with the lowest points: it was very disappointing and totally inhomogenous. I do not think, this will be good port in some years.

1999 Graham’s Malvedos Vintage Port:
This had plenty of fruit initially it was lighter in body and a bit hot with a clipped finish. Drink now ”“ 15 years. 87 Points
