W85: 20% translucent, and dark, though not as dark as the W80. Alas a bad bottle, spoiled by a strong smell and flavout of vegetal woodiness.

To varying extents, that vegetal woodiness has been seen recently in other 1985s (e.g., T85). It might be worthy of investigation and discussion.

This was clearly a bad bottle.
