Tasted August 2004:

StevieCage already posted on this one, and was so kind to save some for me. Remarkable about this port is that it is quite dry. The nose is almost sherry-like. It has a pleasant bitterness in the taste, but the real kick is in the finish. Here everything comes together (raisins, a lot of nuts, and some medium sweet tones). The finish is full, balanced and very long. A lovely port, with a very good QPR.
