2003 Taylor LBV

Rich, dark berry nose, and some herbs/aniseed, and a touch of bread. Very smooth, some touches of mint along with the fruit and aniseed. Good balance of acidity and tannin, and a nice bitter chocolate finish. A well made LBV, and despite it being filtered, this might be interesting to try again in a few years time.
