1998 Graham's Malvedos

Better than I thought it would be.
Aroma not too powerful but decent. Light fruit. Cherry-like. Dark red/purple color.
First sip, my head nods...for a moment. Has the fuit (currants, plums) and sweetness downpat, but the end lets up a bit. Not really a long lasting port.
Higher than the 87 points its awarded, I feel its better than some low 90s I've tasted. A good surprise for me, just wish the finish was better. Not a declared vintage year port, but a good mid-range vintage substitute.
