Goes in like a fine LBV and finishes like an excellent tawny.

Loads of strawberries, dark cherry fruit and currants on the entry, it dries up, coats the palate and goes down with some fine honeyed walnuts and cedar notes that lingers on the palate for a good 45 seconds.

Absolutely awesome tawny and well worthwhile to seek out.

I tasted this at the Quevedo winery with Oscar and fully agree. An excellent colheita.

Is it a colheita or a 10-year-old tawny?

I was going to ask the same. Since it was in NY, I assume it was the 1996 Quevedo Colheita, which has just been imported to the states.

In my case it was the 1996 Quevedo Colheita, which I think was what was being referred to here.

Oscar is sitting next to me and he said it was the 1996 Quevedo Colheita Port that was consumed, not a 10 year tawny.

Can someone change the title so future searches show the correct Port? Thanks.
