2008 Magalhaes Cask Sample Touriga Franca
Most probably Magalhaes will produce a monoculture Vintage Port in 2008. The cask sample showed a complex and full Port with tobacco and spicy notes, some tar as well. Due to the grape variety it was somewhat lagging fruit.

Will be very interesting to taste and follow its evolution over the years.

Is a monoculture Vintage Port the same as a single-varietal Vintage Port?
