Brown and cloudy

Some caramel, a little fruit but quite a lot of sweetness.

I quite like this type of Port; I think the softening of the "tawniness" that takes place when it is matured in glass is very attractive. But it is probably a bit of a niche interest!

At approximately 3,500 hours decanting time, it is no-longer cloudy, and tastes rather like a mixture of Werther’s Original and an old 30- or older tawny Port. Still a bit spirity and acidic, though. Perhaps will revisit the last glass at about 7,000 hours decanting time.
