1991 Duff Gordon LBV (unfiltered)

Just finished off this very good LBV...Not had one of these before and it was not at all appealing on first decanting, apart from the really rich garnet colour. After 24 hours it had come round very nicely. It has a burnt caramel (dark Callard & Bowser) nose which is carried through on the palate but is quite short and finishes with a tiny bit of heat. I quite like it and score it 84 points.
