F77. Red, hint of purple, 80% opaque. Other said cooked. I found damp rags. OK, but not of the calibre of F77.

18,900 cases released. Believed to have been purchased from El Vino. Mid-red in colour, rosy rim, looking mature; 40% opaque. Full on the nose, smelling of spiced plums, delicious. Rich and flavoursome on the palate, fruity impact but with delightful elegance; very gentle tannins and soft acidity. The flavours develop and grow on the palate. Thick texture when swallowing, followed by a quick burn and then a long and very rich finish. A very big port, absolutely at its peak. Fabulous; balance and elegance everywhere. 95/100. Drunk from a sample bottle 18 days after the tasting.
