1991 Cockburn Vintage Port

Acquired yesterday in a hotel in Switzerland from a half bottle.
Dark red color with very good structure, slight brownish reflections. Matured VP-Nose with Toffee and fruit in the background. Good fruity structure directly after opening, which becomes more and more caramelised with air. slight bitter finish. Interesting, but nothing to look out for. 16
