A bottle kindly given to me on my birthday this year.
As reserves go this is top tier. Although my experience is not comprehensive in this sector, I rank it second only to Q de la Rosa for a Reserve - the wine is young and raw as one would expect, but also remarkably smooth and suppable.
I doubt this would be significantly better or worse after a few years in bottle.
So, scored against other Reserves:
8-8
