From ½ bottle. Medium red in colour, 40% opaque. Incredibly floral, with an expressive nose of turkish delight. Restrained flavours on entry; medium bodied and full of mature fruit - a very good palate. Big aftertaste, with a sweet and candied big finish. An impressive wine that needs a few more years. Guessed to be Gould Campbell 1994. 89/100.
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.
