1963 Offley Boa Vista
Popped and open air decanted for about an hour.

This was a perfectly mature drink now port.

A clear garnet ruby color.

Lovely delicate nose of honeyed cherries, cardamon and a touch of cinnamon.

Fine balance, light to medium weight, on the mouthfeel showing off even more of that cherry flavored honey (more honey then cherry), baking spices and a smooth velvety finish of cedar and xmas spices.

No signs of heat at all as this was perfectly balanced.

The only "flaw" of this wine from a perfect score is that the fruit is starting to fade.

a solid mature drinking port.

94-95.
