dark leather color with hints of ruby hidden throughout

lovely nose of strawberries, orange zest and baked cinnamon.

allspice, ground ginger medium bodied leading to some tart cherries having a
red licorice finish that lingers with tobacco infused with spirits that lasts for over 40 seconds.

Note to self, decant for min 8 hours before trying next time.

this started out a medicinally mess. Hot, spirity and all over the place. After 24 hours it's melded into quite a nice drink!
