deep ruby red, VA on the nose which developed over time into some rather nasty smell of nail varnish remover, aceton; harsh alcoholic VA dominatd taste. Sadly a VA contaminated bt.

Mid red, orange rim, 60% opaque. Mature nose, lots of orange and dried cranberry. A lovely texture; generous fruit and soft tannins, good acidity balance. Dry finish, tobacco and cranberry. Another lovely wine. 87/100.

Pepper on the nose - nice colour, typical for its age - light weight, quite hot, with a finish of menthol and nuts.
