Df77: presented blind. Decanted 13:00. Red-pink, 40% opaque. Nose of red cherries. Taste starts with heat, then lovely cherries under-ripe red cherries. Also a high-toned note, close to spearmint. Mid-weight. Jolly good.

evolved colour, tastes old, grand marnier and thick-cut orange marmalade flavours predominate, with a sweet citric bite and pleasant warming heat (hint of menthol?) that fills the late palate nicely. Long but delicate finish. My immediate thought: Croft (though some disagreement as to its Croftiness/orangeyness around the table). Very distinctive, very good **** (91)

Deep orange, 40% opaque. Lovely nose of sweet aniseed and rose petals. Concentrated oranges on the initial impact, with sweet Seville zest. Light bodied, slightly dusty, a little bitter. Delightful sweet and concentrated fruit. Light and enjoyable. 83/100. 8 hour decant.
