V98: bright purple, 95% opaque. rather closed. Then a change of glass found bright blackberries, with zingy freshness. Rich and sweet, soft. Gentle heat throughout. Rich purple plums. Lovely.

Big blackberry nose. Very dark, very smooth and fabulous.
