‟
&” on the
placemats; 1967 Feist colheita bottled 1983, supplied by THRA.
Colour light brown. To taste very long caramel in a mid-to-light weight, with heat early. AHB rightly said ‟lime”. Wood showing. Very good port.

I liked this wine - in fact I liked it a lot..
..fifteen years in wood followed by thirty in bottle seems a good formula for a decent colheita..

Bottled 1983. Barley sugar colour with a pale green rim. Treacle on the nose, with a cut of lime. Restrained flavours on the palaye, sweet and light but with a huge surge of acidity. Soft aftertaste, full of clover honey. Very attractive and feminine port. Guessed to be a 1972 Royal Oporto colheita bottled in 1983. 89/100.
