Clear dark purple with an opacity of about 60-70%
Lovely nose of cherry infused ground allspice and some baked xmas spices.
A slight tussin flavor on the entry that opens up to a lighter bodied but very refined sour cherry fruit.
It teases you thinking there might be more on the taste, but unfortunately falls just short.
The finish melds perfectly with the cherry body leaving a pleasant black licrorice with some 100% cocoa content chocolate.
Quite enjoyable and feels ready to consume.
