Doubly decanted 6 hours before dinner.
Cheeky sip, "round" is the most apt descriptor.
Dinner: Steak followed by dark chocolate and earl grey torte.
Went well with the steak...
Dark chocolate torte plus vesuvio had each person who tried it convulsing (in a good way) - this packs a huge punch! Smooth initial taste followed by intense bitterness, with a sweeter aftertaste lingering. Mmm.
