1974 Kopke Vintage Port

As you are all aware 1974 is the year of the Revolution in Portugal. Not a general declaration due to bad weather, but some very few houses did declare. I bought some bottles of Kopke 1974, of which one was leaking.
Deepred colour, much more alive than I expected it to be. Burned nose with some tobacco, but mostly burned sugar. Very light on the palate, but not unpleasant: Burned sugar, toasted aromas, malt and honey. Short aftertaste. Not too shabby. 16
