decanted for 2 hours before imbibing
A dark ruby color with just teh ever so slightest bricking around the edges.
This seemed to be one of the best Fonseca 77 specimen's based on color alone.
Strawberries and xmas spices, sarsaparilla blends in with a hint of spirits.
Medium/Full mouth feel of strawberry jam but surprisingly a bit too straightforward.
A lovely milk chocolate finish that lingers on.
