Popped 3 hours before consuming.

Dark red with some purple still left int he color.

A lovely wet tobacco and black fruit nose that shows some of its primal qualities still (note plums)

This was a full bodied port but with smooth tannins. Black cherries backed some molasses this port had alot going for it. It had a dark chocolate finish that lingers for over a minute.

A fantastic wine.
