SV00: 70% opaque dark red to pink at edge. Dark cherry on nose. Slightly pétillant. Very dry. Indeed, rather closed. later hollowed out. Stevens Garnier has forewarned that the ’00 was in a dumb phase.

Using the new international port-tasting scale ({Excellent, Good, Nice, Tolerable, or Inadequate}), two T’s, and N, an N”“, and N+, and an E.

Quite different to the 75cl bottle from Oddbins.

A half bottle sourced from Stevens Garnier. Deep red, but with a touch of early bricking. Sharp raspberries on the nose. Soft in the mouth, restrained fruit which is rather light but with a good acidity to provide focus, but with the off artificial sweetner tone. Pleasant finish. 86/100. Decanted 3 hours.
