Dark red, youthful and opaque. Empty, hollow nose, showing almost nothing. Attractive texture on impact, but dry with the tannins and acidity dominating over the faint fruit. Sharp and acidic aftertaste, dry tannin dominated finish of impressive length. Probably closed down since this is dominated by the acidity. 82/100.
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

Mg94: very dark. Nose had lots of berry fruit. Taste starts with same berry fruit, lots, but mid-to-late palate acquired a hint of sourness.
