With Sushi and a guest appearance by Mr. Doty.
Dark brown remind me of a 10 yr tawny.
dried orange peels with a hint of violet on the nose
the mouth feel shows cinnamon spices, marmalade and freshly crushed white pepper. No discernable fruit however but it has a nice fleshy mouthfeel with a slight spiced finish that lingers.
