G83. Dark red, 50% opaque. I didn’t like the flavour.

Slightly lighter than the 80 but still quite backward. Again there is potential here. Similar mould if not as large-framed as the 80.

Deep rich red, with little bricking showing on the light rose rim; 60% opaque. A lovely nose, full of lively red fruit. Delightful strawberries on the palate, full of youth and vigour with delicious peppery tannins. A lovely mouthful of sweet wild strawberry on the finish. Delicious port, still very youthful. Really nice. 91/100
