G85 crusted. Dark red, 85% opaque. Nose slightly odd, minty, and a bit dirty. Long. But a dirty start, echoed as grittiness throughout. Not bad though.

Semi-opaque. Green notes on the nose but also slightly musty. Mute palate. TCA? I think it could have better showings.

Bottled in 1985. The colour of black cherries; 80% opaque. Slightly musty on the nose, showing dirty cherry fruit and a slightly volatile tone. A lovely balance on the palate; with plenty of fruit, a gentle spiciness and dusty tannins. A quick burst of perfume on the aftertaste, then a long and delicious sticky finish. 87/100
