G91. Red, 70% opaque. Hot. Middle-sized. Full, red fruited. But not massive.

Dense, almost impenetrable dark red. Blackberry nip nose. Very forward fleshy and fruity palate. Also jubey but much more weight than the 90. Alcohol poking out. Was there a change in style starting from 90?

Medium red, with a good depth f colour but appearing to be mature and ready to drink; 80% opaque. Stewed cherries on the nose, with a lovely fresh lavender. Sweet on the palate, gentle fruit of generous volume. Dry chocolate tannins show on the aftertaste, before a delicious finish of sweet and concentrated fruit. 90/100
