This was the best bottle of a case bought at auction a while back. Great fill / capsule / label / etc. Cork came out in one piece. 30% opaque, which is really quite impressive for its age.
Just a classy, classic wine. Rich, with a great balance of fruit and heat (~85/15), persistent finish, and pleasure giving.
This was consumed among friends over a board game, so it was competing for my focus, but this was as good a bottle of the D70 as I've had. 93 points.
