A seriously leaky bottle that was drunk on chinese new year
popped and decanted for 2 hours.
light purplish still and opaque enough to block a direct light shining through it.
lovely nose of violets, baked cardomon, mellowed out with a spiked milk chocolate.
Full bodied but it's just grapey, and loads of plums and spirits. Very spicy, and doesn't show any signs of damage. Tastes like a young primal port that has lost the violet notes. Spirity on the finish too.
Not a bad wine at all but I was expecting the worst from a leaky bottle.
