Dl40 Reserve, served chilled. Pale brown, 15% opaque. Nose had oxidised sweetness. Taste very oxidised. Light. Good length, but too dilute.

Bottled 1990. Light in colour, the colour of burnt sugar but with a greening rim; 10% opaque. A gentle dose of VA on the nose, little else. Nicely balanced entry, rather dry but with lots of nuts and dried pineapple; generous freshness and acidity. The acidity bursts forward on the finish, which is long and delicious. This is very good. Served blind, this was guessed to be a Taylor 20 year old tawny that was bottled more than 20 years ago. 89/100. Decanted 14 hours.
