1960 Croft

Post by Simon Lisle »

This was as Tom say's on death row it had started leaking.Tasted over four hours with my brother and his partner whose birth year is the same.
Quite hot on first sip but developed a smooth sophisticated but light rasberry lilt.I liked it how to score it is difficult because being so light has thrown me on how long it will keep it's done great so far and is not fading.

How did you find the aftertaste on the Croft '60? In my limited experience of drinking ports from 1960 I have been very surprised at how long the aftertaste went on for when compared with the colour and lightness in the mouth. Was the Croft '60 the same?
