Somewhat high-toned nose, but oozing class. Red fruit, red licquorice - really juicy flavours. super Taylor-esque heat and bite at the finish - but bigger than any Taylor 70 i've had.
If i remember correctly, there was universal suprise that this was Ck 70. 94pts, and that's possibly being stingy.

Mature red colour, 50% opaque. Menthol nose with some rose perfume. Sweet entry, good thick texture. Big palate presence with the fruit growing beautifully and becoming very dominating. Heat on the aftertaste then a long fruity finish - really long. This is big flavoured, fantastic port - wow! Served blind this was guessed to be Taylor 1977. 97/100. 04-Jun-13. Decanted 11 hours.
