O07 LBV, from the six-pack brought for Wolfgang to take away. No formal note taken, by recalled to be very dark and opaque, with lots of fruit, but also without harshness or roughness. Fabulous value. And I realised that this would be a top-grade ingredient in food: rich but not harsh.
