D+0h: smells of raspberry, some deposit in my tea filter, D+3,5h: dark as ink, smells of raspberry and eucalyptus, full-bodied, quite sweet for a Dow's, raspberry in the mouth and in the aftertaste, quite a long finish, D+4h: smells more of eucalyptus now and is not that sweet anymore, is now more elegant, even some liquorice in the aftertaste now, D+4,5h: the eucalyptus gets quite ethereal, has a fine acidity in the mouth now. I need to plan for a longer decant the next time.
