Copper brown in colour but only 10% opaque. Attractive, sweet fruit on the nose which carries through to the entry onto the palate but with a dose of bitters on the tip of the tongue. Mouthfilling flavours and intensity. Balanced acidity but with the fruit dominating. There is modest fruit on the aftertaste and a big, bitter finish that is rather impressive and very persistent. 86/100. Drunk 23-Apr-14.
