Deep red and opaque. Lovely on the nose with lots of fruit that is ripe and red. Sweet fruit entry, the sweet fruit continues through the palate and dominates even when the big tannins show. Dry plum stones show on the finish, which gives way to the sweet, concentrated fruit over the soft tannins. Nice port. 91/100. Drunk 23-Apr-14.
