B58, originally δ = delta. Red-pink, 25% opaque. Nose of artificial sugar. Palate very thin. Later, less thin but slightly rough.

Burmester 58, light ruby, brick colour. A bit of mould and TCA on the nose, with alcohol standing out. Medium-intense body with firm tannins, slightly sweet.

Burnished copper colour, 30% opaque. Mild TCA on the nose. Lovely thick texture on the palate, confident fruit which hides the TCA on the palate. Lovely acidity and concentration and a very assured palate. A flash of the TCA on the aftertaste before a lovely fruit pastille finish of good length. If this had been sealed with a sound cork this would have been fabulous. Served blind, this was guessed to be the Martinez. Delta. 84/100. Drunk 03-Jun-14. Decanted 3 hours.
