Decanted 8 hrs. 30% opacity brown-red brick, great legs. Nose quite powerful and bursting with different aromas, coffee, mint, blackberry then finally quite a spirituous jolt. In the mouth, nice structure, velvety, with lots of chocolate and caramel sweetness, with heat building sharply mid palate before gently dropping back. Mild tannin towards the finish which is lovely and long with a wonderful chocolate aftertaste. Superb port. Drunk sometime in June.
