Mature and evolved apeparance, having lost a lot of pigment; 40% opaque. Lovely and delicate on the nose, delivering lots of evolved and mature fruit - very nice. Elegant entry, with a lovely structure and balance that is dominated by the mature fruit but has plenty of structure to support it. Delicious lingering finish. This is very fine port, elegant and lingering with a finish of astonishing length. Served blind this was guessed to be Warre 1970. 93/100. Drunk 29-Jul-14. 14 hours double decanted.

40% opacity, red-brown. Hints of medicinal on the nose, strawberries, vanilla, chocolate. Soft entry leading into very mild heat, sweetness, honeycomb and strawberry. Guessed to be S70.
