Decanted 10 mins. 70% opacity, dark red brown. Nose is stewed, red fruit, raspberry, and past that a bitter coffee. In the mouth, lots of fruit, raspberries again, sweetness, dryish finish, mild tannin. Almost no acidity whatsoever and consequently a bit flabby and lacking punch and structure. But the sweet fruit has me licking my lips, so I suppose I'll drink it!

+24hrs. The nose is now a little more spiritous, much less jammy and more clean, with strawberries now. In the mouth, better integrated and a bit more kick in the finish. I certainly prefer this version to the one last night.
