D+0h: not much deposit in the tea filter I always use, smells seductively of currant and pepper D+6h: quite dark, dark as ink, smells of raspberry, eucalyptus and pepper, smooth in the mouth, not that sweet, rather "half dry", light to medium body, in the mouth there is a nice accidity and raspberry + pepper, in the aftertaste there is accidity and pepper, in the end, raspberry lingers on the tongue, good length (30 sec.), there is also a certain minerality in this port, really a good LBV, that I would surely buy again (though, I must admit that it also was somewhat boring as it doesn't have any rough edges to make it memorable. But with more time in the bottle it will hopefully develope more "personality".)
Drunk November 2014.
