Ck70, decanted 12:30. Dark red, 60% opaque. Palate of mid weight, with heat, mixed red fruit. Slightly too much heat, and slightly fuller than the W70. Another lovely mature Port.

Mid red and mature appearance, 70% opaque. Slightly protruded cork. Initially quite smelly on the nose but this cleared up with time in the glass to reveal slightly sharp fruit. Balanced and rounded on the palate, a little sharp and acidic but turns nicely into a lovely fresh and fruity essence. Sharp aftertaste, then a lovely and huge aniseed finish. Very fine. 90/100.
