A fantastic Lunch, on Sunday 15^th February 2015, at Simpson’s-in-the-Strand, Chris Doty providing the bottles blind.

This is bottle V, later revealed to be a half of 1980 Gould Campbell.

GC80, half (bottle V). Dark red, 60% opaque. Palate had bright mint, with red plum. Fruit redder and less dark than that in bottle IV. Fully mature good port.

Could it be a 1970? Err, no.
