Decanted 5 hours. 30% opacity, red-brown. Slightly dirty nose, medicinal, burnt toast. In the mouth, sweet with a sharp edge. Guessed to be Sandeman '77.

Mature red, quite dark with no apparent bricking; 60% opaque. Empty on the nose, a bit of dust and tobacco show with some hard work. Nice texture on the entry, a lovely delicacy and fragrance to the palate - sweet fruit and a lovely spice. Warm nutmeg on the baked apple aftertaste, with a lovely dry cherry finish. A delicious, elegant port with really lovely finesse. Served blind this was guessed to be Sandeman 1970. 92/100. Decanted 5 hours.
