Mature red colour, deep brick-red; 60%. Some farmyard on the nose, lively fruit with lots of citrus fruit and cherry. Sweet and syrupy entry. Delicious mature fruit flavours swamp the palate yet reveal a hint of tannins. Huge amounts of sweet cherry fruit on the palate, despite the alcoholic heat. The heat burns on the finish and warms the inside of the lips on the aftertaste. Then a fantastic finish of sweet, concentrated cherries. A real Taylor powerhouse. Very impressive port. 96/100. Decanted 3 hours.

T45. Darkish red, 50% opaque. Nose of dark cherry. Palate of bright red fruit, with heat. Lighter than perfect. Definitely strawberries.
